When we are very young we don’t understand the value of friendship but when we grow older we understand how much friendship is important. You don’t need 10 or more friends . You can have only one friend but make sure he or she is a true friend.Once the trust is broken its hard to get the friendship and the trust back.

Friendship is the bond between two or more people. The foundation of friendship are built on loyalty , trust , honesty , empathy , acceptance , love and the list goes on , but the most important one is trust.

People say he or she is my best friend, but what does best friend exactly mean?

Best friends are the friends who support you through tough times and also be there through good times. It is a person who thinks about your future and make you a successful person. Best friends is a person who will sit beside you and encourages you. A person who won’t deliberately hurt your feelings and will be there no matter what the situation is.

Supporting a friend doesn’t always mean you to have to give advice. He or she might just want you to listen. When listening try to understand the situation from your friends point of view so that when you need to ask questions you will ask the right one .

Keeping in touch with friends is important but that doesn’t necessarily mean you always have to talk face to face. You can keep in touch by other things like : chatting online, a simple telephone call or even through emails.

Make good memories with your friends so that when they are not there with you for some reason you can still remember the memories that you had with that person. Friendship always changes but memories never changes .

Why is family important?

Family is the most important and valuable gift that God has given us. To me the word family means love, to feel secure and that someone that will always be there for you through good and bad times.

I think too many people don’t realize how important family is. Specifically a lot of teenagers make the extra effort to not spend time with their family or try to rebel against their parents. When thinking about this objectively , parents/family only want the best for you.

When times are rough and you think that no one believes in you , your family will always be there to cheer you on. Your family will always have your back. A lot of people in this world really only help people for self-gain, but your parents are willing to act selflessly for their kids.

Your parents will make a lot of decisions that you don’t agree with, but they are usually right at the end. You have to listen to your parents because they have lived through whatever part of life you are going through right now. They are usually right despite what you may think.

Along with parents , your siblings also play a huge role in the family. You may bicker with them or not always agree with what they do , but there is a more benefit to having them around than you may think. Siblings are the people that we learn from, look up to , and are inspired by. Just like your parents, siblings will always be there for you.

Family is such an important thing , so make every moment count and make good memories with them. If your not close with your family, make the effort to be. You will have a lot of people come in and out of your life , but your family are the only people that are never going away

Why sleep is important ?

People always say that we should always go to bed early to get proper sleep so that we are ready for the next day but its not always the case . We sometimes get side tracked by chatting with friends on social media , getting things revised for the next exam or maybe there could be work pressure if your working.

So if we think carefully we should be asking our self what is sleep,why is it important and what will happen if we don’t get enough sleep?

Sleep plays an important role in our health and well being throughout our life. Getting enough good quality sleep has many benefits including protecting our physical and mental health,quality of life and personal safety. The key points for sleeping are:

  1. when you sleep , important physical and mental processes are carried out .
  2. Regular good quality sleep is important for brain function , emotional well being, physical health , daytime performance and personal safety.
  3. Research suggest that adults need at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night to be well rested.
  4. Not getting enough sleep is common and can have serious impacts on our health and well being

What happens if we don’t get enough sleep ?

The harm caused by not getting enough sleep can be immediate , such as
having an accident due to not being able to focus and respond quickly . Other effects can take years to develop , such as an increased risk of developing a chronic health problem. Lack of good sleep can lead to many things like :

  1. Excessive daytime sleepiness, tiredness and lethargy
  2. morning headaches
  3. poor memory and difficulty focusing
  4. anxiety and depression

  7. making mistakes at work, including causing accidents


Sleeping is the most important thing for any human being . So that
is why i suggest that we should all do our very best to finish our work early and go to bed early so that we get good sleep during the night and be fresh for the next day .

BULLYING

Bullying happens everywhere. It is such a horrible thing to go through.I know the feeling because I went through this when I was at primary school and high school,just because of my skin color. It was tough but eventually got through it and by the time when I finished high school the bullying stopped and i had started having good friends .

So what is exactly bullying? Bullying is when someone is being hurt by words or action on purpose,usually more than once. The person feels bad because of it and has a hard time stopping what is happening to them.

There are different types of bullying such as physical bullying, verbal bullying, social bullying, cyber bullying.

Physical bullying is when someone is hitting, kicking,tripping,pinching and pushing or damaging property. It can cause both short term and long term damage .

The verbal bullying is when someone is name calling, insults, teasing, racist remarks. Verbal bullying can affect ones’s self mage and affect someone in emotional and psychological ways. This type of bullying can lead to low self-esteem, as well as depression and other problems. In some cases verbal bullying can reach a point where the victim is so  depressed and wants to escape so badly, that he or she may turn to substance abuse or in some extreme cases suicide.

Social bullying is sometimes referred to as covert bullying is often harder to recognize and can be carried behind the bullied persons back. In social    bullying  it includes lying,spreading rumors,playing nasty jokes,  encouraging others to socially exclude someone, damaging someones reputation or social acceptance.

Cyber bullying happens through digital technologies including hardware such as computers and smartphones, and software such as social media, instant messaging, texts, websites.Cyber bullying can happen at any time.  It can be in public or in private and sometimes only known to the target and the person bullying. 

So people out there in the world who are reading this  I suggest you stand up for yourself  and not  make those horrible people let you down.Once you start standing up for yourself you will see everything will change in a good way for you, like people will start realising what kind of person you are , not only that people will also  start talking to you and including you in things.  I am saying this from my own experience. 

Why is physical fitness important

A person who is fit is capable of living life to its fullest extent.
Mental fitness can only be achieved if your body is functioning well.

Fitness does not only refer to being physically fit but also refers to a person’s mental state as well. If a person is physically fit, but mentally unwell or troubled, he or she will not be able to function optimally. Mental fitness can be achieved if your body is functioning well.

The advantages of being more active is that you can increase your
body fitness levels and also avoid health problems like diabetes
and high blood pressure from developing.Exercise is also good for
joints and makes your body stronger over all.
